Project

Design and develop an Integrated Control and Safety System (ICSS) for a new oil production facility, managing process automation, emergency shutdown (ESD) and safety protocols.

Main topics

• Research automation architectures and industrial communication protocols such as OPC and Modbus.
• Analyze engineering design input packages and Cause & Effect matrices.
• Design the ICSS network topology and general system architecture.
• Engineer control and safety cabinets, wiring schematics and network diagrams.
• Develop control logic, ESD safety sequences and SCADA/HMI supervisory screens.
• Perform system integration tests and internal deployment validation.
