Overview

Unified Communication Hub is a customer communication platform that brings WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and SMS into one inbox. It provides AI-generated reply suggestions, automated outbound campaigns and reminders.

Objectives

  • Integrate the Meta WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram APIs.
  • Build the AI reply suggestion engine.
  • Deliver the inbox and campaign interface.

  • Single inbox for WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and SMS.
  • Context-based AI reply suggestions.
  • Conversation assignment and tagging.
  • Automated outbound campaigns.
  • Scheduled reminders and notifications.

Technologies and profile

Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Messenger API, Instagram API, FastAPI and Next.js. Profile: Software / AI engineering. Type: Omnichannel / Web. One to two interns are planned.
