Contexte: flux matière inefficace entre opérations entraînant des retards et des écarts d’inventaire.
Objectifs:
- Identifier les goulots d’étranglement en production
- Concevoir et déployer un système Kanban efficace
Résultats attendus:
- Réduction significative du WIP (encours)
- Réduction du lead time de production
Compétences requises:
- Lean Manufacturing, résolution de problèmes
- Analyse terrain (gemba), cartographie des flux
Livrables possibles:
- Conception Kanban (cartes, boucles, dimensionnement)
- Standards d’approvisionnement et tableaux de suivi
