Missions
- Analyze key business and operational processes, mapping workflows, data sources, systems and dependencies to assess AI readiness.
- Research and compare agentic AI approaches: AI assistants, RAG, tool calling, multi-agent systems and workflow automation.
- Identify and prioritize high-value processes based on impact and feasibility.
- Define the data architecture and technical foundations needed to support AI agents.
- Design a target architecture for secure agent access to internal APIs, databases and business tools.
- Define governance guidelines covering access control, human-in-the-loop validation and audit logging.
- Develop proof-of-concepts for 1–2 selected use cases and evaluate them on accuracy, latency and cost.
