Missions
- Develop a centralized and secure monitoring platform for all deployed projects.
- Provide a real-time overview of deployed sites, systems, services, devices and edge agents through a centralized dashboard.
- Develop monitoring agents to report system health, connectivity, versions, configuration and service status, with automatic detection of offline systems and operational anomalies.
- Identify potential cybersecurity risks and implement appropriate security mechanisms for monitored systems and communications.
- Implement an alert and notification engine to report incidents and create or update support tickets when required.
- Provide historical monitoring data, logs, incident tracking and project health indicators through dashboards and reports.
- Deploy the solution using modern DevOps practices including secure authentication, role-based access control, containerization and CI/CD.
