Internship - Business Development Assistant H/F

This internship focuses on deploying the inland transportation real-time visibility solution (MyRTV), covering all inland legs—rail, barge, and road. You will drive country pilots for the RTV product and manage the relationship with BIC.

Key tasks include:

• Monitoring product adoption across a region or country
• Carrying out daily reporting per country (by carrier or customer)
• Conducting agency meetings at country level to improve KPIs
• Conducting vendor onboarding meetings
• Producing statistics and presenting key KPIs (e.g., percentage of assignments, percentage of trucks tracked)
• Analyzing and qualifying the data received
• Problem solving
• Participating in project team meetings
• Analyzing use-cases and reporting technical incidents to the IT team on the tracked transport
• Working with BIC and depots to design the shape of depots on the BIC website

Who we are looking for:

• You are pursuing a Bac +5 degree, in a Master’s program in supply chain, IAE, business school, or engineering school
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools, comfortable with data analysis, and rigorous in your work
• You are fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus
• You are a strong communicator, comfortable coordinating and managing cross-functional work
