Responsibilities

Contribute to innovative learning experiences by combining creativity, digital learning, and AI to make training more engaging and accessible.
Transform existing training materials into engaging, accessible learning videos.
Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to create videos, voice-overs, and visual assets.
Edit and refine video content based on feedback to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
Collaborate with internal CoEs to understand learning needs and translate them into practical, learner-friendly content.

Student or recent graduate in Multimedia, Audiovisual Production, Digital Communication, Digital Learning, Digital Management & Innovation, or HR.
Comfortable with Canva or Clipchamp; other content-creation tools are a plus.
Curious about AI and video creation; no prior expertise is required.
Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback.
Eager to learn and collaborate with different teams.
