AI Interview Assistant

Overview

AI Interview Assistant conducts first-round interviews with candidates using AI agents configured for a specific open position. The agents ask role-relevant technical and behavioral questions, adapt follow-up questions to candidates' answers and provide a structured evaluation so recruiters can focus on the strongest profiles.
