Quality control officer (H/F) – CIVP | Zone industrielle El Mghira

LRT Innovation Labs is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Officer to join our production team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing quality inspections on manufactured parts and components, preparing quality reports, updating records in the company's systems, and coordinating closely with production teams to ensure products meet quality requirements and specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in quality control, industrial production, and the automotive manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and checks on manufactured parts and components • Verify that products meet quality standards and technical specifications • Identify and report quality issues, defects, and non-conformities • Prepare and maintain quality reports and inspection records in English • Update quality information and documentation in company systems • Coordinate with Production Supervisors and production teams regarding quality matters • Monitor production activities and support continuous quality improvement initiatives • Assist in implementing quality procedures and standards • Ensure proper documentation and traceability of inspections and quality records • Follow company safety, quality, and operational procedures

Exigences de l’emploi

• Eligible for a CIVP contract

• BTP, BTS, or Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields:

• Quality Management
• Quality Assurance
• Industrial Quality
• Quality, Hygiene, Safety and Environment (QHSE)
• Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Quality
• Manufacturing Quality Management
• Production and Quality Management
• Industrial Performance and Quality
• Any equivalent qualification related to Quality Control or Quality Management

• Good level of English (spoken and written) – Mandatory • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills • Good report-writing and documentation abilities • Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Email) • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable, organized, and willing to learn • Immediate availability is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality control methods, inspection techniques, and non-conformity management • Basic understanding of industrial facilities and manufacturing environments • Knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes is an advantage • Knowledge of catalytic converters, exhaust systems, manifolds, or metal manufacturing processes is a plus • Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems is preferred
