Duration: 6 months
Paid internship with a flexible workplace model allowing remote and on-site work where possible.

Key responsibilities

Analyze the existing platform architecture, functionalities, and source code to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement.
Develop new menu entries and modules to extend the platform’s existing capabilities.
Improve existing dashboards and reporting functionalities to provide better visibility into HR activities and processes.
Integrate AI-powered features where relevant to automate tasks, improve user experience, and support HR decision-making.
Perform functional testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure the reliability and quality of new developments.
Maintain technical documentation and contribute to the continuous evolution of the platform.
