Internship

• Field: HR – Learning & Development (L&D)
• Duration: 6 months
• Paid internship with a flexible workplace model allowing remote and on-site work where possible.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to innovative learning experiences by combining creativity, digital learning, and AI to make training more engaging and accessible.
• Transform existing training materials into engaging, accessible learning videos.
• Explore and use AI-powered tools to create videos, voice-overs, and visual assets.
• Edit and refine video content based on feedback to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
• Collaborate with internal CoEs to understand learning needs and translate them into practical, learner-friendly content.

Candidate profile and requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Multimedia, Audiovisual Production, Digital Communication, Digital Learning, Digital Management & Innovation, or HR.
• Comfortable with Canva or Clipchamp; other content creation tools are a plus.
• Curious about AI and video creation; no prior expertise is required.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and open to feedback.
• Eager to learn and collaborate with different teams.
