Project: CLOUD SECURITY
Type: PFE / final-year internship
Objectives & Key Responsibilities
- Implement Microsoft Sentinel architectures, including data onboarding, analytics rules, automation playbooks, workbooks, and incident enrichment.
- Use Microsoft Defender XDR signals to make alerts more reliable and speed up investigations.
- Develop KQL hunting logic, incident triage workflows, and response playbooks that reduce manual effort and improve analyst productivity.
- Evaluate Microsoft security tools (Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Microsoft Entra ID) to improve the security of Azure workloads, following “Secure by Design” principles.
