Description

Build a BI solution to analyze and visualize ServiceNow incident data and KPIs to aid decision-making, performance monitoring, and workload optimization.

Scope:

  • Ingest ServiceNow data via REST APIs (priority, age, escalations, SLA)
  • Create interactive dashboards with drill-downs: open incidents, resolution times, workload per member
  • Performance analytics: SLA breaches, aging, averages, comparisons across team members
  • Predictive insights: forecast volumes and SLA risks using historical data
  • Management reporting for meetings and reviews; exportable reports
