Design and development of a dashboard for better management of the failures detected on the harnesses testing station to enable quick reaction in the production line.
Deliverable: a working Power BI dashboard and an automated data export pipeline, validated by simulation in the production line.
Main tasks
Study of the initial situation to map existing data sources and define KPIs for failure management.
Create automatic export of data from APIMS and implement the ETL flow required to feed the dashboard.
Design and development of the dashboard using Power BI, with automation support using VBA where needed.
Simulation of the dashboard in the production line to validate response times, alerts and usability for operators.
Required skills & technologies
Mandatory: VBA and Power BI (listed as required skills on the project page).
Skills in data extraction/ETL, dashboard design, KPI definition and basic knowledge of harness testing station operations are highly recommended.
