Position: Data Intern

• Responsibilities:
• Participate in the development of the Transform stage of the ETL pipeline.
• Migrate established repositories (OSIRIS, GDC, CDISC) to the standard OMOP CDM data model.
• Develop automatic detection of input data (when not following any known repository) for mapping to OMOP.
• Conduct technological monitoring on existing ETLs.
• Analyze known data models and implement unit and functional tests.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study.
• Strong interest in data management and analysis.
• Familiarity with ETL processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in French and English.
