Mission: Ensure the production of reliable financial and accounting information while optimizing cash management for Toucan Toco and its subsidiaries.

Toucan Toco is a growing company; by ensuring compliance with accounting production processes and cash management, you will help keep the engine of our growth running smoothly!

Your Responsibilities & Projects:

You will join our Admin & Finance team, which provides a secure and flexible framework that allows our operational teams to focus on growth.

You will report directly to our Administrative and Financial Manager and assist with the following tasks:

Sales Administration (ADV):

• Manage the entry of customer invoices.

Accounting: Assist the RAF and the accountant with daily accounting tasks

• Participate in the recording of routine transactions (purchases, sales) within required deadlines and with the necessary quality, adhering to regulations.
• Assist in the accounting of fixed assets.
• Manage PCA, CCA, FNP, and FAE.
• Organize the filing of customer and supplier invoices and other accounting documents.
• Help in preparing bank reconciliations.
• Prepare documents for monthly reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements at the end of the period.
• Participate in the monthly P&L analysis, contributing to the accuracy of financial data.
• Actively collaborate with the RAF on management control, including VAT control and account verification.
• Participate in the annual audit.
