Since 2016, Padoa has developed a product that transforms occupational health services by providing a comprehensive technological platform (appointment scheduling, medical record management, billing, prevention, and communication with employers and employees). Padoa has become the French leader and has helped numerous occupational health services undergo complete transformation. Currently, nearly 8 million French employees and over 500,000 French companies use Padoa to interact with their occupational health services.

Position Overview: Padoa is launching a new entity dedicated to workplace prevention. Operating as a start-up within Padoa, this agile team will have significant autonomy while benefiting from Padoa's resources and experience. This is an opportunity to contribute to a strategic project, rapidly develop skills, and have a tangible impact on workplace prevention issues. You will be at the forefront of developing this new business activity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the strategic and operational planning of the project
• Identify partners and present the offering to them
• Support operations and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Assist in developing the marketing plan
• Propose product improvements

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the project founders.
