Description

Frontend software engineer proficient in Angular, TypeScript, and web development fundamentals, with strong problem-solving skills. Passionate about UI/UX, with attention to detail and eager to learn modern frontend development practices.

We are looking for a future Stockler who can start at the beginning of 2026.

We seek passionate and motivated individuals to join our team, including Camille, Alexander, and Victor. Due to our growth, this number is likely to increase rapidly.

We utilize Angular TS (latest version), supported by Rust backend services. Our development process follows Agile methodologies, using GitHub and Notion for ticket management. We adhere to Google coding best practices, including mono-repo and micro-services.

Our state-of-the-art stack includes the latest versions of Angular, Rust, and PostgreSQL. If you are new to Angular, experienced team members in React and Vue will assist you in the transition. We maintain comprehensive documentation on onboarding and coding standards. Our monorepo codebase is consistently linted and formatted with flexible ESLint, Stylelint, and Prettier rules to ensure seamless development. The front-end applications communicate with Rust services via gRPC, and we deploy using Docker through a robust CI/CD pipeline. You can expect interesting programming challenges, minimal task management, and straightforward team meetings. We welcome ideas for improving development workflows and projects at Stockly.

Challenges: Participate in the development of several front-end projects, including:

  • Implementing Stockly back-office’s front-end
  • Creating and monitoring dashboards for suppliers
  • Developing our own CRM from scratch, collaborating with a Product Designer specialized in Figma

Learnings:

  • Gain an understanding of Stockly's internal operations to add value to the company
  • Learn about e-commerce, business models, technology used, and daily challenges faced by retailers
  • Discover best practices to maintain organizational efficiency and achieve your objectives

Projection: At Stockly, you contribute to collective growth, and we aim to support your development as well. Potential next steps include:

  • Significant influence over our processes as a young company
  • Opportunities to improve processes to help scale the team

Your future environment:

  • Competitive packages: We have a well-defined and objective salary grid based on skills level and scarcity of profiles.
  • 50% reimbursement of your Navigo Pass.
  • A central and exceptional working environment in le Sentier (the heart of Paris).
  • Stockly dinners every other Thursday.
  • Stockly breakfasts every other Friday.
  • Coffee, tea, and fruits available in the office every day.
  • Opportunities for climbing, football, and more.

How we work:

  • Each team holds a daily meeting to align on priorities and resolve issues, ensuring you won’t be left alone.
  • Every Monday, we have a global weekly meeting where each team shares their current projects and plans for the upcoming week, providing visibility across the company.
  • Quarterly OKR meetings (Objectives, Key Results) allow each team to present results from the previous quarter and objectives for the next, helping you see the company's growth and your role within it.
  • During these meetings, everyone is encouraged to challenge each other, and all questions are welcome, as transparency is one of our core values, and we are always open to new ideas.
