Software development - CL-06 - Accountability and Compliance Mechanics

• Design and implement accountability and compliance mechanisms for an internal platform managing users, subscriptions, payments, and AI/service usage
• Track user activity, plans, consumption metrics, billing events, and compliance requirements
• Build dashboards for subscriptions and usage, automate billing/invoicing, enforce plan rules/limits
• Implement guardrails: usage caps, plan-based access control, anomaly alerts, and full auditability/traceability
