Design and develop an intelligent medical emergency management platform that connects citizens, dispatch operators, response teams, and hospitals in real time.
The system centralizes data in a secure backend and integrates AI modules (voice transcription, severity classification, automatic summarization) to improve alert processing speed and information accuracy.
Objectives & scope
Improve speed of alert processing, accuracy of transmitted information, and coordination between emergency actors (citizens → dispatch → response teams → hospitals).
Provide three main interfaces: a citizen mobile application for sending emergency alerts, an operator dashboard for incident management/prioritization, and a hospital interface for early reception of patient information.
Architecture & technical stack
Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS for web dashboard; React Native for the citizen mobile application.
Backend & data: Java / Spring Boot for backend services and API, PostgreSQL for data persistence, secure centralization of patient and incident data.
AI modules: voice transcription, severity classification, automatic summarization integrated into the backend for real-time assistance to operators and hospitals.
Main responsibilities / missions
Implement and integrate the citizen mobile app (React Native) with the secure backend and real-time alerting.
Develop the operator dashboard (React.js/TypeScript) with incident management, prioritization, and real-time updates; implement hospital-facing interface for early patient data reception.
Integrate and evaluate AI components (speech-to-text, severity classifier, summarizer) and ensure their secure, performant operation within the platform.
Ensure data security, access control, and reliable synchronization between components (mobile, dashboard, hospital interface).
Required profile & expectations
Engineer profile (students pursuing engineering degree) — company expects 2 trainees for this project.
Skills and knowledge expected: frontend development (React/TypeScript), mobile development (React Native), backend development with Java/Spring Boot, relational DBs (PostgreSQL), and interest/knowledge in AI/ML integration.
