- Build a tool/dashboard for tracking HR performance in real time and supporting data-driven decision-making to align HR strategies with company goals.
Objectives & expected results
- Deliver a functional HR Scorecard with clearly defined and measurable KPIs tailored to the company's HR strategy.
- Provide a dashboard tool for real-time data tracking that supports monitoring and reporting of HR metrics and supports management decisions.
Candidate profile & required skills
- Background in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or Data Science, with understanding of HR processes and KPIs.
- Skills in data analysis, reporting tools, KPI tracking, and experience designing dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Tasks & methodology
- Identify relevant HR KPIs, define metrics and data sources, and design calculation rules and thresholds for performance.
- Collect and clean HR data, implement ETL or data integration workflows, and prototype dashboards for visualization and stakeholder feedback.
Deliverables & impact
- A documented HR Scorecard listing KPIs, definitions, targets and update frequency; a dashboard for real-time or periodic monitoring.
- Recommendations for embedding the scorecard into HR processes to improve talent management, recruitment efficiency and training impact.
