Overview

• Department: Method — Deploy a Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) project within a production environment to improve maintenance efficiency and overall equipment performance.
• Main goal: implement two TPM pillars among the eight — “Autonomous maintenance” and “Planned maintenance”.

Objectives and scope

• Deploy a TPM initiative on selected production equipment, define implementation steps and monitor progress to achieve measurable maintenance improvements.
• Analyze equipment performance, identify failure modes, and propose actions to increase uptime, reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Profile attendu / Compétences requises

• Niveau demandé: Master / Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with knowledge of TPM principles and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
• Compétences techniques: knowledge of mechanical design and machine components; understanding of safety systems and performance optimization; skills in CAD/design software; ability to analyze mechanical stability and durability; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Modalités pratiques

• Number of trainees: 2 interns.
• Duration: 4 - 6 months. Location adaptable (hybrid).
