Project Overview

• This project focuses on optimizing the production flow in the Video Area Department at DRÄXLMAIER Tunisia.
• The goal is to create a semi-automatic system to ensure a one-piece flow between various work steps including electrical tests and export zones.

Technical Tasks

• Define the project scope and map the current production flow.
• Collect data to identify waste and inefficiencies in the current system.
• Design a future flow and propose semi-automatic solutions, including cost estimation and implementation strategies.

Skills Required

• Candidates should possess analytical thinking and mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with automation basics, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and Lean Manufacturing principles is essential.
