PFE TOPIC 03 - Artificial Intelligence Integration (LLMs)

Project Description: Integrate an AI model (based on LLMs) into a Recruitment Management SaaS platform.

Key objectives:

• Technology survey: evaluate relevant APIs and LLMs for the use case
• LLM tuning: perform model- or prompt-specific tuning for domain adaptation
• Feature integration: build and integrate AI-driven features (e.g., CV parsing, candidate matching, insights)
• Evaluation: design evaluation metrics and test plan for quality, accuracy, and UX impact
