Overview
- Project: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & SALES STRATEGY PROJECT focused on building and scaling commercial activities (company domain: darblockchain.io).
- Objective: design and execute a go-to-market and sales strategy to acquire customers, partners and grow revenue streams.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target segments, customer personas and priority verticals.
- Build a scalable outbound and inbound prospecting process (lead generation, qualification, CRM management) and propose improvements.
- Define sales playbooks, pricing recommendations, partnership frameworks and commercial messaging.
- Support negotiations and onboarding of initial partners/customers and track progress through measurable KPIs.
Deliverables & Outcomes
- Deliver a comprehensive sales strategy document and an actionable go-to-market plan with timelines and milestones.
- Provide a qualified pipeline (leads/opportunities) and reporting dashboards (KPIs, forecasts, conversion metrics).
- Produce sales collateral and presentations to support commercial outreach and partner discussions.
Profile & Skills
- Strong interest/knowledge in business development, sales strategy and ideally blockchain or Web3 ecosystems.
- Good analytical skills, experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel and data-driven decision making.
- Good communication and negotiation skills; ability to work autonomously and present findings to stakeholders.
