Internship Overview
- Develop original test patterns for unlabeled optical microscopy.
- Work at the intersection of optical imaging and micro-nanofiber science.
Responsibilities
- Prepare nanofibers at LPMT, varying fiber diameter and composition.
- Use a Nanolive system and IRIMAS TDM setups to image samples.
- Develop image processing methods to quantify resolution.
- Improve image reconstruction methods for thick, multi-diffractive samples.
- Characterize optical properties of micro- and nanofibers.
Expected Skills
- Autonomy, resourcefulness, and creativity are essential.
- Strong analytical skills in Physics and Optics.
- Proficiency in computational skills (Matlab, C/C++, Python).
