- Focus on specific segments such as hotels, restaurants, hospitals, and malls.
Key Tasks
- Define target segments and construct the offering, including pricing, packages, services, and maintenance.
- Create marketing content such as websites, videos, brochures, and sales pitches.
- Measure success through KPIs like Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), conversion rates, and ROI of campaigns.
