Junior Test Engineer (CIVP)

Overview

• Company: LRT Innovation Labs — Tunisia’s first EV charging infrastructure manufacturer.
• Role: Junior Test Engineer under a CIVP contract, based in Tunisia. English mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute test plans based on real user journeys, focusing on user experience and product quality.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, backend and embedded systems; validate APIs, UI components and database integrity.
• Identify bugs, usability issues and performance gaps; contribute to stable, high-quality releases.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product and DevOps teams; work with CI/CD pipelines for release stability.

Candidate Profile / Requirements

• Recent graduate in Computer Science or related field; 0–1 year experience (internships and projects accepted).
• CIVP eligibility is mandatory; fluent English is mandatory.
• Detail-oriented, analytical and user-focused mindset; comfortable validating both functionality and UX.

Nice-to-Have Skills & Technologies

• Knowledge of CI/CD (GitLab CI) and basic Docker experience.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum and basic understanding of modern web and backend technologies.
• Experience or interest in testing embedded systems and mobile/web integration.
