Internship in USB Host DFU and FTDI Classes Development

Project Overview

This internship project focuses on the development of advanced applications based on STM32 and USB technology. The primary goal is to implement firmware upgrades on a USB Host and provide support for FTDI devices.

Responsibilities

• Analyze use case scenarios to understand the requirements and functionalities needed for the applications.
• Define the architecture of the applications and design the user interface for better user experience.
• Develop demo applications specifically for Host DFU and FTDI functionalities.
• Create tests that allow for the automated validation of the Host DFU and FTDI applications.
• Integrate the developed solution within the framework of STM32 CubeFW and its automated test suite environment.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in Embedded C programming language.
• Familiarity with STM32 microcontrollers and USB technology.
• Understanding of graphical user interface (GUI) design principles.
• Knowledge of DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) and FTDI (Future Technology Devices International) protocols.
