Audit lifecycle stages and maintain data hygiene, including standardisation, deduplication, enrichment, and validation.
Pressure-test and optimise funnel workflows (MQL → SQL hand-offs, SLAs, lead-to-account matching) to strengthen lead management and handover efficiency.
Ensure accuracy and reliability of executive and operational dashboards by analysing funnel health, velocity, and conversion metrics.
Refine behavioural and firmographic scoring models in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams, adjusting thresholds and documenting use cases.
Contribute to strengthening an enterprise-level Growth Marketing engine; enhancing its resilience, efficiency, and scalability.
Own a critical role in supporting revenue growth through structured marketing operations and data-driven decision-making.
