INTERNAL SUPPORT CHATBOT WITH AZURE OPENAI & TEAMS

Design and implement an intelligent internal support chatbot for Microsoft Teams using Azure OpenAI and Power Platform. Responsibilities include designing conversation flows, integrating knowledge sources (SharePoint/FAQs), implementing Azure OpenAI for natural language understanding, connecting automation with Power Automate, and developing backend services (Python/Node.js) as needed. The chatbot should answer employee questions (IT, HR, processes), guide internal procedures, and automate repetitive tasks while providing analytics on usage and performance.
