Inter-Semester Internship

Overview

• HUBER+SUHNER is recruiting inter-semester internship students for a short immersive placement in a real manufacturing environment.
• Internship duration: 1–2 months during the inter-semester period; focused on hands-on industrial experience within the fiber optics industry.

Who can apply?

• Open to students from multiple disciplines: engineering (industrial, mechanical, electrical, etc.).
• Also welcomes technicians (production, maintenance, quality), supply chain and logistics students, and those in maintenance and industrial services.

What you will experience

• Active participation in practical workshops on 5S and workplace organization.
• Hands-on activities covering chronometry and work measurement, maintenance basics and reliability, warehousing, and an introduction to Lean Management tools.
