Goal: Support and accelerate IT Grow’s internal product development.
Team: 2–3 Full‑Stack Developers • 1 DevOps.
Key tasks:
- Implement features across multiple internal products.
- Improve code quality, testing, and performance.
- Participate in CI/CD, monitoring, and documentation.
Deliverables:
- Shipped features across IT Grow products.
- Codebase improvements and optimizations with measurable impact.
- Technical documentation and testing suite updates.
Stack examples: React/Next.js, Node/Express, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, CI/CD, Notion/Figma.
