Overview:

• Internship code: EDU-BIZ02 — Strategic Partnership Development Plan.
• Duration: 4 to 6 months; Number of positions: 2 interns.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive strategic partnership plan to identify new institutional, educational, and business partners to expand Eddium’s global reach and offerings.
• Research potential local and international partners and evaluate partnership value by assessing mutual benefits and costs.
• Create communication templates (outreach emails, LinkedIn messages) and full partnership proposals for target partners.
• Support partnership negotiations and prepare documentation (MOUs, meeting notes, term summaries) and assist legal/management stakeholders as needed.
• Present a partnership development roadmap with timelines, priorities, and expected KPIs to internal stakeholders.

Deliverables & outcomes:

• A documented strategic partnership plan listing prioritized partner targets, rationale, and expected impact.
• Communication templates and customizable partnership proposal decks for outreach and follow-up.
• Negotiation support pack: documentation templates, recommended terms, and negotiation notes.
• Partnership development roadmap presented in Google Slides with milestones and tracking suggestions (Trello/Notion).

Tools & methods:

• Primary tools listed: LinkedIn for prospecting, Excel for partner evaluation and cost/benefit analysis, Canva for proposal visuals, Google Slides for presentations, Trello or Notion for project tracking.
• Use quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods to score and prioritize partners; prepare spreadsheets and visual dashboards to support recommendations.

Profile & expectations:

• Strong research and synthesis skills, ability to evaluate strategic fit and create clear business cases.
• Good written communication for templates and proposals; comfortable preparing presentation decks and supporting negotiation documentation.
