Project Overview

Technical Tasks

  • Assessment of Current Operations: Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Research Digital Solutions: Identify suitable tools such as CMMS, BIM, IoT, and mobile applications.
  • Pilot Implementation: Assist in launching digital tools, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.

Training and Monitoring

  • Staff Training: Support the training of staff to effectively use new digital solutions, including the creation of training materials.
  • Monitor and Report: Track the performance of the new tools and compare them with previous methods to evaluate improvements.
