Project Overview

• Develop a Digital Early Warning System for the EWS Department focused on logistics.
• Aim to enhance the flow of finished goods from production to export.

Technical Tasks

• Analyze the current flow of finished goods for the BMW Project, identifying bottlenecks and risks in pallet handling and empties replenishment.
• Design and implement a digital alert system, training warehouse and production teams on new processes and tools.

Performance Monitoring

• Monitor system performance to improve dashboard usability and data integration.
• Evaluate the impact on production continuity and logistics motions, standardizing processes and documenting workflows.
• Scale the system to other areas or product flows if successful.
