• Overview
• 6-month internship (start date: Q1 2026) in Tunisia as part of Monsapo’s MONSAPO Internship Program 2026.
• Focus on customer success, commercial activities, and supporting client onboarding for SapoCircle deployments.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support customer onboarding, training, and success activities during installations and after deployment to ensure client satisfaction.
• Assist commercial efforts, client communications, documentation, and content related to product usage and benefits.
• What You Will Gain / Activities
• Hands-on interaction with real clients and machines; involvement in installations, onboarding, and customer-facing documentation.
• Experience working in a deeptech startup centered on circular economy and sustainability impacts.
• Location & Logistics
• Onsite in Tunisia; 6-month internship starting Q1 2026.
• Tasks include content creation, documentation, and coordination with technical teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
