What you'll be doing: Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to bring people together and deliver a top-tier experience to our 100+ members.

  • Community Hero: Be the go-to person for our members, answering their questions, solving their problems, and ensuring they always feel at home.
  • Event Dynamo: Organize and participate in community events that spark joy, build connections, and make Cohabs unforgettable.
  • Content Creator Extraordinaire: Write engaging articles, newsletters, and event communications that keep our community informed and inspired.
  • Strategic Planner: Build and manage a content roadmap that reflects our company values and makes our members feel truly connected.
  • Feedback Wizard: Collect and analyze community feedback (NPS, CSAT, etc.), then share key insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.
  • Room Whisperer: Follow up on room occupancy and ensure every new member's onboarding experience runs smoothly.
  • Partnership Builder: Seek out exciting partnerships with local restaurants, shops, and brands that bring additional perks to our community.
