Build a SharePoint-based helpdesk and ticketing solution powered by the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI) with AI components for ticket classification and routing. Key activities: design ticket lifecycle, integrate automated workflows, implement AI-based classification and prioritization, and develop BI dashboards to monitor SLAs, resolution times, volumes, and performance. The project aims to streamline ticket tracking, accelerate resolution, provide a chatbot interface for common queries, and deliver comprehensive operational statistics.
