What you will do
- Create authentic short videos, including face-to-camera content, tailored to TikTok audiences
- Develop and manage a TikTok UGC strategy to increase brand awareness and community interaction
- Analyze performance metrics and community engagement to measure success and inform decisions
- Suggest strategic improvements for future UGC campaigns based on data and community feedback
Required expertise / Profile
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics Management
- Understanding of customs regulations and international trade procedures
- Familiarity with transportation, warehousing, and distribution workflows
- Interest and/or experience in short-form video content creation and social media analytics
Expected deliverables
- A documented TikTok UGC strategy and content calendar
- A set of short-form UGC videos (including face-to-camera pieces) ready for publication
- Performance reports with recommendations for optimizing future campaigns
