3. Secure AI Assistant for Conversational Access to Documents and Emails PFE

Project overview

• Build a secure application that allows users to converse with their documents and emails to find answers, generate summaries, and draft content.
• Support both on-premise models for data sovereignty and cloud AI for elastic scale without changing the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Integrate AI models (on-premise and cloud) to provide conversational access to document and email data.
• Implement functionality for question answering, summarization, and draft generation from documents and emails.
• Ensure security and data sovereignty features when using on-premise models and safe integration when using cloud AI.

Technologies / Skills

• Full stack development skills to build the application front-end and back-end components.
• AI integration experience, including working with language models and APIs for summarization and conversational QA.
• Knowledge of deployment options: on-premise model hosting and cloud AI orchestration for elastic scaling.

Position details & profile

• Number of slots: 2.
• Duration: 6 Months (PFE / end-of-study internship).
• Profile: Bac + 5 (master level) preferred.
