Description

Overview

  • Internship to design a business strategy to improve how Eddium manages and retains its students and partners using CRM tools and data-driven approaches.
  • Number of positions: 2 interns; Duration: 4 to 6 months.

Objectives & Core Tasks

  • Audit the current student and partner management processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Identify weaknesses in customer communication and retention and propose concrete solutions.
  • Recommend and configure a CRM solution (HubSpot or Zoho CRM) aligned with Eddium's workflows.
  • Propose KPIs for customer satisfaction and loyalty and design dashboards/reports to track them.
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and training materials for the team to adopt the CRM and new processes.

Tools & Technical Skills

  • CRM platforms: HubSpot / Zoho CRM — configuration, pipeline design, automation rules.
  • Data and reporting: Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI — data cleaning, analysis, KPI dashboards.
  • Communication and presentation: Canva — produce training materials and visual reports.

Deliverables

  • Detailed audit report of current student and partner management processes with prioritized recommendations.
  • Configured CRM prototype (HubSpot or Zoho) including contact segmentation, automated communications, and retention workflows.
  • Defined KPI set for customer satisfaction and loyalty, with Power BI dashboards or Google Sheets templates to monitor them.
  • Training materials and a rollout plan for the team, including step-by-step guides and presentation slides.

Expected Outcomes & Impact

  • Improved retention and engagement processes for students and partners measured by proposed KPIs.
  • Clear documentation and team readiness for CRM adoption, reducing manual work and standardizing communication.
  • Actionable insights from data-driven reports to support ongoing business decisions.
