Role overview
- Gain experience in retail sales operations within the Sales department (Department: Sales).
- Work as part of a small team (Number of trainees: 1) to support daily store activities and retail objectives.
What you will do
- Assist in customer interactions: greet customers, answer inquiries, and provide product information and demonstrations.
- Contribute to retail sales strategies and promotional events, supporting merchandising and in-store activations to help achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to track and meet sales goals and participate in product demonstrations to prospective buyers.
Required expertise and skills
- Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities to interact with customers and team members.
- Sales skills and enthusiasm for the product; ability to work in a retail environment and adapt to customer needs.
- Comfortable delivering product demonstrations and handling customer inquiries professionally.
