Description

Role and mission

  • Assist in lead generation through research and outreach, including cold calls and email.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales plans and support marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Main responsibilities / Tasks

  • Prospecting: research target accounts, build lists, qualify leads and perform cold outreach (phone and email).
  • Outreach execution: prepare and send tailored cold emails, follow-up sequences, and perform scheduled cold calls.
  • Sales support: update CRM, track outreach results, prepare reports on KPIs and conversion metrics for the sales team.
  • Campaign collaboration: coordinate with marketing/sales teams to align messaging and improve campaign performance.

Required skills & profile

  • Fluency in English and French is essential (oral and written).
  • Basic understanding of sales techniques, including objection handling and closing deals.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record (or demonstrated ability) of meeting targets.
  • Good communication, organization skills and ability to work in a team.

Internship details & application

  • Duration: 4-6 months.
  • Location: hybrid (remote/onsite as required by the team).
