Mission
- Manage social content across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, including content planning and creator collaborations.
- Drive user and creator acquisition through content, partnerships and performance campaigns; convert visibility into active, paying users.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch growth loops such as a referral system and ambassador program to accelerate organic user acquisition.
- Run paid acquisition campaigns with small-budget A/B testing; iterate on creatives, audiences and funnels.
- Track conversions and campaign performance using GA4, pixel tracking and analytics dashboards to inform optimizations.
- Close early deals with creators and advertisers for the Tuniform Ads pilot to generate initial revenue and partnerships.
Expected Profile & Skills
- Data-oriented marketer with creative execution skills; comfortable reading funnels and retention metrics.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and the ability to manage both acquisition and brand initiatives.
- Experience or interest in paid acquisition, performance marketing, and partnership development.
What you will deliver
- Implemented referral and ambassador programs with measurable uplift in acquisition/activation.
- Running paid experiments (A/B tests) and analytical reports showing conversion improvements.
- Signed early creator/advertiser agreements for the Ads pilot and documented playbooks for creator collabs.
