1 Eddium Student Portal (Application Dashboard) PFE

Project overview:

• Create a centralized web portal where students can track application status, payment deadlines, interview schedules, and document submissions.
• Simplify communication between students and Eddium advisors and integrate with existing Eddium systems.

Key responsibilities / Tasks:

• Analyze Eddium’s current workflow and identify data needs and integration points with internal CRM or database.
• Design the database and system architecture; develop core features including authentication, dashboard, and notifications.
• Integrate with Eddium’s internal CRM or database, ensure responsive design and implement data security best practices.
• Test, deploy, and maintain the platform; provide documentation and handover to operations.

Technologies & architecture:

• Backend and API: Laravel, MySQL, REST API; Authentication: JWT Authentication.
• Frontend and UI: React, Tailwind CSS; ensure responsive design and cross-device compatibility.
• Focus on secure data handling, authentication flows, and robust API integration with the existing CRM/database.

Requirements & deliverables:

• Deliver a designed and implemented database schema and system architecture documentation.
• Implement core features: user authentication, student dashboard, notification system, document submission tracking, and CRM integration.
• Provide test coverage, deployment scripts/instructions, and a maintenance plan.
• Expected internship duration: 4 to 6 months; Numbre 1 intern EDU-IT05.
