Job description

Analyze and optimize workflow using the Makigami Process to identify inefficiencies, reduce non-value-added activities, and improve overall process performance.

Required skills:

  • Proficiency in problem-solving tools, Continuous improvement; Industrial/Mechanical/Electromechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics engineering

Tasks:

1) Identify the process and determine initial state (before Makigami)

2) Trace the Makigami

3) Implement an action plan

4) Standardize the improved process
